Bank of America needed to produce
an educational sales tool that would explain their Image
Lockbox product
to large corporate and middle market global treasury clients.
Virtually Anywhere Interactive was selected
to re-create an existing physical tour that was already a
part of their
sales process. Their challenge was to get their prospective
clients TO take the tour they already had. That is where
a compelling, interactive online experience became essential.
This allows their sales force to extend how many clients
are able to see intricate facets of the lockbox process,
and Bank of America’s unique features highlighted.
VA not only allows viewers to virtually
walk through the facility while following the path of remittance
and negotiable
instruments, and clicking on feature area hotspots for in
depth information, but also allows the viewers to demo key
aspects and security features of Bank of America’s
proprietary software just as if they had a bank expert holding
their hand and explaining the process and features all along.
