Lafarge Building Materials: Liquid Stone Exhibition
International Building Materials company Lafarge and Lafarge North America sponsored a major museum exposition on concrete at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. The exhibition named “Liquid Stone: New Architecture in Concrete” takes place from June 19, 2004 to April 17, 2005. This exhibition showcases almost 30 current and recent architectural projects that show innovation in the use of concrete.

Lafarge wanted to capture the essence of the exhibition in a virtual tour so it could last longer than the limited dates of the show, and to be able to show to Lafarge employees and clients worldwide, since many would not be able to attend the exhibition in person. We worked within our Standard Platinum tour model to design a tour window that matched their existing website, and allowed us to have separate photo and text details of the many models and interactive displays in the museum. The tour contains over 45 hotspots that allow viewers to “drill down’ for those details.
