Virtually-Anywhere's Immersive Tours utilize Quicktime Virtual Reality (QTVR) technology. Read all about it. If you don't have the plugin or don't want to wait to get it, you can see the Java version which has fewer features than QTVR.

If you are not able to see the movies load in the tour window, then most likely you will need to upgrade your QTVR plugin for Internet Explorer, AOL, or Netscape browsers. Do this here. Installation woes can be cured, too. OR you can jump over to see the JAVA based tour that doesn't require a plugin at all.
