+ INTRODUCTION

Continued Development in a Growing Industry

You can see from our recent launch list, that we have been very busy for the past few months. The Healthcare industry continues to be our largest niche and is still growing for us.

Please have a look at the recent survey article below conducted by the well respected Pew Trust. You may be surprised to learn who makes up the majority of on-line virtual tour users.

Hope all is well.

+ RECENT SURVEY

Survey Validates Market for High-End Virtual Tours

Companies and organizations are increasingly turning to 360° virtual reality tours to communicate with their key audiences. To quantify the popularity of VR tours, Pew Internet & American Life Projects conducted a phone interview survey of 914 adults, 534 of whom are Internet users.

The survey* showed that 45 percent online American adults have taken a VR tour. This represents 54 million adults, or an average of more than two million people per day. Interestingly, baby boomers make up the majority of online tour users at 52 percent. Eighty-seven percent of those who have taken a VR tour live in urban or suburban areas, and 42 percent have an income of $75,000 or more, while another 46 percent have college or graduate degrees. Sixty-two percent say they have taken VR tours at work.

The Pew survey shows that virtual tours are accepted tools for those who want learn more about a place before they go. At Virtually Anywhere, we know from our own experience that the uses for VR tours are expanding well beyond the travel, education and real estate markets.

Hospitals are increasingly using 360° tours to help patients and their families become familiar and more comfortable with the environment prior to a surgical procedure or treatment. HR managers are now using VR tours to convey the unique aspects of their facility to attract nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Many industrial plants are now encouraging prospective customers to take the VR tour of the plant prior to or in lieu of a site visit. What’s more, we’re seeing organizations in diverse segments such as sports, the military and charitable organizations turning to high-end virtual reality tours to augment their communication strategies.

*This survey has a margin of error of plus or minus four percentage points.

+ ABOUT VA

Virtually Anywhere Interactive creates a very unique form of sales presentation that can be used in any industry where location or environment is an important aspect of the sales process. Whether it is a tour for a healthcare facility, a new member orientation tour for a large church, an offline sales presentation for a manufacturing plant, or even a sports team wanting to show their facilities online for player recruiting, or ticket sales, our individualized approach can meet all needs. We regularly work for clients all over the country and are prepared to go anywhere.

Unlike other “virtual tour” companies that rely on the gee whiz factor of a few 360 degree photos, we believe that one of the most important aspects of a presentation is in the interface design -- how you use the tour. With this in mind, VA produces the most intuitive, streamlined, and user friendly presentations in our industry. We regularly tailor our client’s presentations to their precise needs, whether it be a self guided tour for the web, a scripted tour for a boardroom presentation, or creating an interactive story told via interaction through an immersive environment.

Subtle differences are what we excel in.
