Virtually Anywhere Beats High Tech Slump, Gains Three New Clients

Austin, Tx: The downturn in Austin’s high tech industry has not effected Virtually Anywhere. Virtually Anywhere has been busy creating its unique brand of 360-degree virtual tours for three new clients: Bank of America, the Houston Texans and Second Baptist Church of Houston.

Bank of America selected Virtually Anywhere to produce a virtual tour of its new Image Wholesale Lockbox technology. Prior to hiring Virtually Anywhere, Bank of America encouraged prospects to physically visit one of five locations to see the Image Wholesale Lockbox in action. Now, thanks to Virtually Anywhere, BoA has an interactive sales tool that enables the BoA sales staff to showcase the Image Lockbox to prospects in the convenience of the prospect’s office via the Internet or with a CD-ROM.

“Bank of America prides itself on providing commercial, corporate and institutional clients across the United States and around the world with new and better ways to manage their financial lives,” explains Lea Zywicki of GTS Marketing/Bank of America. “This project with Virtually Anywhere allows us to utilize the innovative technology of a 360-degree virtual tour to showcase the innovative technology of our new Image Wholesale Lockbox system as well as the ingenuity of our people.”

The new Houston Texans football team hired Virtually Anywhere to showcase their amazing new Reliant Stadium. The 360-degree tour allows football fans to virtually stand on the 50 yard line, visit the locker room, training facilities, press box, luxury suites and go on the field with Texan cheerleaders and players. The tour received over one million hits in the first month.

With over 32,000 member, Second Baptist Church in Houston is one of the largest churches in Houston. Pastor of Technology David Drinnon saw the need for a virtual tour and conducted a national search for a virtual tour agency before selecting Virtually Anywhere. “We were looking for a firm that offered high quality and excellence in both web design and photography. We were very impressed with the interactive hot spots offered by Virtually Anywhere. The idea is so simple – yet so profound.”

The church asked Virtually Anywhere to design a tour that would make prospective church members feel welcome and not overwhelmed by the church’s size. The tour showcases Second Baptist’s amenities on its two campuses such as teen “hangouts”, bible study classes, workout facilities and a beautiful worship center that seats 6,000. Yet, as Drinnon emphasizes, “We’re about people, not buildings and that human element has been captured in this tour.”
