Escoffier School of Culinary Arts has 2 campuses, one located in Boulder, Colorado, and a second located in Austin, Texas.
Offering programs in Pastry Arts, Home Cooking, Farm to Table® experiences, and general sustainable living, Escoffier turned to us with a need to create a student recruiting tool that showed all of these nuances through a cooking school virtual tour. We saw this as an opportunity to really get behind the scenes and show a first person vantage point form inside the pastry kitchens, to selecting vegetables right on the Farm at 63rd Street Farm in Boulder, CO. We photographed each space as if we were a participant in the school to really give a prospective student a good look at the program as they would see it.
